UnQ2Learn
Privacy policy
Effective date: 21 October 2026
This policy covers the UnQ2Learn website at unq2learn.com and the UnQ2Learn Android app (com.unq2learn.student), operated by BlueDropNexus.
For privacy questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact support@unq2learn.com.
1. Information we handle
- Accounts and verification: your name, email address, account role, password hash, phone number and verification status; sign-in sessions and verification records.
- Learning: class, subjects, board and other academic details you provide; enrollments, lesson progress, completion records, assignments, submitted files, results and video ratings.
- Optional student interests: selected interest categories, goals and comments you submit, plus admin verification and feedback. You can change or clear saved interests. These records are available to your account and authorised admins for learning support and planning.
- Teacher profiles and teaching materials: profile photo, qualifications, experience, professional links, biography, course information, uploaded photos, videos and documents, and review feedback. Recordings can include your image and voice.
- Transactions and payouts: cart contents, orders, discounts, payment references and payment status. Where teachers or business users provide payout details, we handle account-holder name, bank name, account number, routing code and account type.
- Communications: information you send in support requests, parent/student linking requests, parent messages and replies.
- Technical and visit information: browser/device information, request and security logs, visit times, entry pages, referring pages, browser-generated visitor and session identifiers, and a hashed IP address in website visitor reporting. A visitor record can be associated with a registration. Hosting services can also process IP addresses when serving requests.
2. Why we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, verify phone numbers, deliver lessons, maintain enrollments and learning progress, display teacher profiles and demos, manage assignments and feedback, process orders and payouts, answer support requests, investigate abuse, and understand and improve use of the service.
Information needed for a feature must be provided to use that feature. You can browse available public content without creating an account. We do not need your password or verification code in a support email.
3. Public content and people with access
Teacher names, profile photos, professional information, course details, public demos and rating summaries may be visible to visitors. Public demos can be saved by viewers; an expiring playback link does not prevent someone from retaining a copy they already received. Do not upload another person's image, voice or personal information without appropriate permission.
Authorized staff can access information needed to administer the service, provide support and review teaching materials. Teachers and linked parents can access learning or account information made available to their role. Account access controls do not make information you intentionally publish private.
4. Service providers and disclosures
UnQ2Learn uses Hostinger for hosted services and Backblaze B2 for off-site backup storage. These providers process the data stored or transmitted through their services.
Google Firebase Authentication and reCAPTCHA are used for website phone verification and abuse protection. When you use verification, Google processes the phone number and related verification, device and network information under its own privacy terms.
Where a purchase option is available, Razorpay processes checkout and payment information. We receive order/payment identifiers and transaction status for verification and enrollment. Payment credentials entered in the payment provider's interface are handled by that provider. Purchase availability differs between the website, internal test builds and Google Play builds.
Google Play and Expo/EAS provide app distribution or testing services and process information associated with those activities under their own terms. Website links and optional save/share destinations are separate services: opening or sharing to them lets those services process the information you send.
We may disclose relevant information when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents and legal claims. Provider processing and storage may take place outside your country.
5. Cookies, local storage and app permissions
The website uses browser storage for sign-in state and visitor/session identifiers, and a refresh-session cookie for session renewal. Android stores account credentials in encrypted device storage. Signing out clears local account credentials; clearing browser/app storage also removes local settings but does not delete server-side account records.
Photo and video selection uses the system picker. The Android app does not require access to your entire media library for these uploads. Camera or recording features use the device or recording application's permissions when you choose them. Selected photos, videos and files are uploaded when you submit them.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying a permission can prevent the related feature from working. Saving a public demo creates a temporary file for the device's save/share chooser; a copy you save elsewhere remains under your control. This release does not include an advertising SDK.
6. Protecting information
Measures in the service include HTTPS connections, password hashing, account and role access controls, encrypted Android credential storage, encryption for stored bank account details and encrypted off-site backups. Access is limited according to the service function. No internet service or device can guarantee complete security.
7. Retention and account deletion
Account, learning and uploaded-content records are kept to provide the service while the account or content is in use and to handle related support or transaction needs. There is no single automatic deletion period for every record type.
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, use Delete your UnQ2Learn account or email support@unq2learn.com from your registered email address. The Android account screen links to this website option. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request. We may need to verify ownership before acting.
Deletion requests are handled through support, rather than an automatic in-app deletion button. Eligible account/profile information, learning records and associated personal uploads are considered as part of the request. Deleting an account can remove access to courses, history and progress.
Some transaction/accounting records, fraud/security records and information needed for legal obligations or disputes may need to be retained for those purposes. Backup copies can remain after live records are deleted until the relevant backups are replaced or deleted; deletion from backups is not immediate. Contact support for the records, reasons and retention applicable to your request. Signing out or uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.
8. Access, correction and other requests
You can update available profile fields in the website or app. For access to your information, corrections you cannot make yourself, deletion, or questions about our use of data, email support@unq2learn.com. Tell us the account and request involved, without sending passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for information needed to verify and respond to the request.
9. School-age learners and parents
UnQ2Learn provides school learning content, including Classes 5–12, and handles academic information about learners who may be minors. Parents or guardians should review this policy, supervise a child's use, and provide any permission required for their use of the service. Parent features use linked student information and messages to support the learner.
If you are a parent or guardian concerned about a child's account or information, contact support@unq2learn.com to request review, correction or deletion. Do not put a child's contact details or other private information in public demos, profiles or course descriptions.
10. Changes and contact
Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date. Please review it when service features change.
