Delete Your UnQ2Learn Account

UnQ2Learn users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Email support@unq2learn.com with the subject “UnQ2Learn account deletion”. Include your registered email address and ask to delete your account and associated personal data. Do not send your password, verification codes or payment credentials.

Please submit the request using the email address associated with your UnQ2Learn account so that we can verify your request.

Information that may be deleted

• Account and profile information
• Learning profile information
• Course and learning activity associated with the account
• Assignments and progress information associated with the account
• Other personal information associated with the account

Information that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction record-keeping purposes. Such information will be retained only for as long as required for those purposes.

Account deletion processing

After receiving a valid deletion request, UnQ2Learn will verify the request and process deletion of eligible account information.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your UnQ2Learn profile, learning history, progress and other associated account information.
